Lone house that survived Japan tsunami on 2011 was made in the Philippines




That only house standing after Japan tsunami on March 2011 was prefabricated in the Philippines, and the only house survived on one town in Japan. The owner of the said house were so happy to see their house was still standing after the tsunami and they had recovered even their family photo album. Not knowing to everybody that most part of this house came from the Philippines.

House Technology Industries' prefabricated houses to be exported to Japan located south of Manila at Cavite Industrial Zone composed of five Japanese owned companies. It is the only company in the world that fabricate this kind of technology and some part of the house are solar panel. They are exporting 20 to 23 houses everyday to Japan costing about rough of US$240,000 each.
